The PassioKnit Spinner has been a place for learning from the very beginning. I´m happy to offer an extensive list of classes.
These classes are in person! Please keep that in mind when booking.
Classes can be held in English and German.

Spinning on a Wheel for Beginners
This class is spread out over 4 units. You will learn to use a spinning wheel to create your own yarn, from spinning, to plying, to finishing the yarn.
Total time: 6 hours
Cost: €210
You can rent a spinning wheel from me for the duration of the class. Additional cost is €60.
Spinning on a Wheel - Advanced Techniques
This class is for every body who wants to take their spinning to the next level. I offer a variety of techniques to chose from.
Corespinning, thick singles, thick´n thin, navajo plying, cable plying, crepe yarns,…
Total time per technique: 1-2 hours
Cost: €90 per sitting
Spindle Spinning for Beginners
This class is for beginner spindle spinners. Over the course of 3 units, I will teach you how to create your own yarn using a drop spindle.
Total time: 4 hours
Cost: €140
You can rent a spindle from me for the duration of the class. Additional cost is €10.
Knitting for Beginners
This class is divided into 3 units. You will learn how to cast on, create the knit stitch, create the purl stitch, bind off and finish your piece.
All of the techniques are taught while you knit your own loop.
Total time: 5 hours

Sock Knitting
This class is for beginner sock knitters, but not complete beginner knitters. You need to know the basics to take this class.
You will learn how to knit a pair of socks that will fit you perfectly, using double pointed needles.

Glove Knitting
This class is for advanced knitters who want to learn how to knit gloves.

Advanced Knitting Techniques
This class is for knitters who want to take their knitting to the next level. I offer a variety of techniques to chose from.

Sewing - Specific Projects
This class is for beginner or advanced sewers. I offer several different items you can learn to sew.

Hoop Art - Embroidery
This class is for beginners who want to create their own hoop art. I will teach you different embroidery stitches and you can either create your own pattern or use a kit.

Rigid Heddle Weaving for Beginners
This class is for beginners on a rigid heddle loom. I will show you how to warp your loom and do a plain weave.
Total time: 5 hours
Cost: €175
You can rent a loom for the duration of the class. Additional cost is €25-€45 depending on the size of the loom.
